For me, when I eat food and I feel nearly to be full. I will stop eating.
I don't want to eat more than my limitation. Moreover, I often walk to up stair more than use a elevator.

To keep in good shape, you have to exercise at least 3 times a week.
Control your diet is one important thing.

I think exercise is the best way to keep in good shape but I can't.

One of things that I want to share is drink water as much as you can.
