The way that I usually do when I want to have a good build.
I went to the health park in my hometown and worked out about 20-30 minuets.
I also diet ,It can help me to keep in shape easily.

It's hard to tell. Hahahaha
Actually I think everyone knows how to keep in a good shape,.
But someone can do that, me too.
How to keep in a good shape are eat clean food, exercise.
But for me I'm too lazy to exercise and clean food is so expensive.
So, I stay plump LOL.

I can answer about how to keep in good shape if it's in 1 year ago.
But, now I don't have good shape. I eat lots of food or dessert.

You should control your meals in each day by eating properly nutritional food and avoiding food and dessert containing lot of fat and sugar.
You should exercise about 30-40 minutes per 3-4 days a week, as well.
The most important thing to do when you want to have a good shape is to control your mind and mouth while eating.

I think, everyone has known the answer already, the answer is exercise.
But only a few people can do it.
I’m the one of people who can’t do it. Ha-ha
I don’t like to do exercise and I love to eat dessert.

-Eat fruit and vegetable.
-Drink a lot of water.
-Do exercise.
And sleep at least 6-8 hours.

I think doing exercise is the best answer for this question.
When I practiced staff of university, I had to exercise every day.
Then my weight was lost from 55 kg. became 51 kg.
It was so amazing, but now my weight is gain again.

For me, stay away from processed foods.
Avoid eating until you are full, just eat until you are no longer hungry.

I really don't know how to be in good shape cause I cannot do that.
