It's very easy to do like you can eat less sugar, fat or dessert. After that just go out for exercise 3 times a week.

Don't skip any meals otherwise you will get starve and eat one large meal in the lunch or dinner.
Two more important things are balancing your diet and exercise.

To be in a good shape, ones must stay healthy. It is including to their eating habits, sleeping, and exercising as well.
If ones eat healty like eating less fat and sweet;therefore, they will be healthy and surely get fit.

You know what? This is what I always do everyday. I have to skip my breakfast because I always get up so late that I don't have enough time to have proper meals. Moreover, I always eat a lot in every dinners. Now, I know why I get fatter. Thank you for your suggestion! Smile

The most important facter of keeping in good shape is eating habit.
You have to eat fruit, vegetable, Protein, fat or Carbohydrates in appropriate quantity.
Not too less and not to much.

It is very simple to stay in shape but not many people cant follow those steps easily.
Just exercise regular and eat good food.

Do an exercise at least 15-30 minutes at one time.
Also eat vegetables and fruit.

You should exercise at least 3 times a week, and 15-30 minutes at a time.
You should be on diet too; control your food and avoid fast food.
If you can follow these suggestions, you will have a good shape.

The first thing that you need to do is Eating; to be on time; don't forget to eat breakfast because that is the most important meal.
Eat food that contain with protein and fiber and another less.
The last way is do exercise, at least 1 hour/day.

It's hard to do, but I believe that everyone can do it. I think there are many ways to keep in a good shape, but I will tell you in three ways.
The first step is avoiding eating fried food because it contains a lot of trans fat. Next, drinking enough water and eat varieties food every day because your body wants all kinds of nutrients.
Finally, getting enough sleep and do exercises at least 2 times a week.

It a lot of ways to keep shape but it depends on who will use it. I think you should exercise three times a week, control food, eat healthy food such as fruit, vegetable and don't eat fast food

I think you have to be responsibility first. After that, do exercise 3-4 days per one week, eat healthy food, and drink a lot of water. You have to avoid junk food which have a lot of calories.

It is easy to lose your weight, but hard to keep in sharp.
Because when I can lose my weight, I will eat a lot of pride.
And then my weight gain up again.
I do everything like do exercise or eating healthy food, but it can't help me.
I am tried to lose my weight and keep in sharp already.
