Spend time with myself to review the situation happened and find the solution to solve the problem causing you feel sad.
I will do things I love to such as doing handicrafts, sewing clothes, and reading novels and book.
These all can heal my emotion when I get sad or bored.

When I got sadness, I always talked to someone
like mom, dad or bf. They are alway there and listen to me
every time I need them. And you will feel better after talking to someone.
Believe me I went through that before hehe

Talking with close friend or other person that you feel comfortable and flexible to stay with he/she.
In my opinion,this is the best way to deal with sadness because I had try every way.But I have someone who is understand me and beside me.It's good enough.
It can heal me a lot.

- Hang out with friends.
- Do regular exercise.
- Watch comedy movie.
These are my ways to deal with sadness.
Actually we have own ways to avoid the sadness.

I have many ways to deal with my sadness.
It's same many people like watching movies, singing, and dancing.
But they are good to make me focus on other things.
Sometimes I go to shopping mall in order to escape the sadness.
The new environment can make me feel better that leave my self alone.

It is hard to deal with sadness for me. To make me feel better, I always cry and find someone that I can consult with,for example my close friend, mom and dad.

If you are sad, please don’t stay alone. You should go somewhere with your friends.
You can talk and tell them what happened with you, they might help you from this feeling.

Hanging out with my friends is the best way for me. 
I will avoid living alone because it makes me thing about the sadness again and again.
 I will find the way to getbetter as soon as I can.

I always rid a motorbike around the town but sometime I go hanging out with friends.

Find someone to talk with.
Even you're not talking about your problems. It helps you to change your focus to be with other more fun stories and the situation will force you to be happy in front of others.
