When I have something bothering me, I share it with friends.
Sharing problems with friends can relieve your stress by 80%, that's why I like to share it with friends, and they also make me feel better, unwind, smile and laugh.

I go excercing when I have free time in order to reduce my stress.
Yesterday, I went to gymnasium and played Badminton.
I was fresh and happy. I think playing sport it is an effective way to reduce stree.

When I am stressed, I always talk to friends, and my mom.
I feel so good when there are people being for me to help me get through problems.
Or, if it is not a big deal, I just pretend not to be stressed and play games, listen to music, find something to eat, and do other things I like.

I always watch movie alone to reduce my stress.
I like to think alone and solve problems by myself.
So, my best way is to watch funny movie.

I reduce my stress by meditation.After that, I will feel better. If it is hard to deal with it, I will tell my mom because she will help me to find the way solving the problem.

I will find something to do when I get stress.
Listening to music can help my from this moment.
The stress will be decreased when I turn on my favorite song.
I have to get rid of this mood quickly because It can affect my daily life.

To reduce stress is to build up happiness.

The best way for me is telling stressful topics with someone who can trust: parents, friends.

Whenever I am stressed, I will watch Toei Tiew Thai.
It is very very funny. I laughed so much when I watched this TV programme.

Singing and dancing are the best way for me.
When I feel stressful, I just sing and dance.

When I get stress, I normally do my hobbies like crocheting or sewing in order to release my stress.
Just do what I love and I am always happy to do all of them every time.
