For me, I like to stay alone. It might be a good ways for others, but it can heal me from stress and sadness.
I like to lay down on my bed, listen to my favorite song, or call to someone who I can rely on.

When something turn to be stress and I notice it can make me feel stressful, I will always pause to do it or just find something else. I will not think about it a lot because when I am stressful then I have a bad headache. I always listen to my favorite music and watch some comedy.

It's quite difficult for me.
I always think that we cannot avoid stress and pressure.
I just try to do my best.
Moreover, relaxing activities such as watching variety show help me a lot.

My way is to stop thinking for a while and take a minute rest.
After that, take a look on what is happening and try to prioritize the doable things.

Stress is very important to me. With stress, I do the best possible job.
The appropriate way to deal with stress is to make sure I have the correct balance between good stress and bad stress.
I need good stress to stay motivated and productive.

When I am under pressure, I stop and figure out my priorities.
I make a list ranking what is most important, and then I go through that list step by step, getting each task done.
