It is all about our mind. If we can eat healthy food 4 times a week. Then we can receive 2 days- cheating.
It is kind of a trick to have something to look forward to in the end of the week apart from healthy menus.

I always think that the action starts from our thinking.
You have to know the result for eating healthy food.
For me, I eat healthy food because I want to lose my weight.
I always realize beneficial of healthy food; therefore, I can keep eating for a long time.

For me. I eat healthy food just only i'm on diet. because it's my goal if i don't have goal i don't eat it.

First, you have to think about what would you want to get from healthy food and is it important .
Then when you have a goal for eat healthy food you can eat it but if you don't really need to eat it you cannot eat it for long time.
It depends on your mind.

Not too much sugar and not too much fat.
Keep your body away from some kind of food, for example cakes, milk shaking, chips, griled pork, fired chicken, and etc. In other word, we can call fast foods. Choose much of vegetables and fruits.

Not much sugar but a lot of fiber and nutrients.
Sodium is an important thing that you should consider..
(I know but every meal I eat a lots of junk food)

Avoid drinking alcohol and avoid smoking.

I personally think heathy food has not much sugar or oil.
It contains lots of vegetables (many kinds) and proper protein.

I think you should eat proper 5 nutritious food a day.
- well protein from quality meat like fish or chicken breast
- a lot of fiber from vetgatables
- less carb, sugar, and oil

The easiest way is to eat less oily food and less soda.
