Exactly, I will focus on doing more exercises.
For examples, in the evening i go to a park for running or jogging.
I like to play badminton and swimming.
If I have a lot of time, I will do all of that.
Next, eating habits. Avoid fat by eating nutrient food.
I shall eat the nutrition for human body needs, Carbohydrate,
protein and little fat. Eating highly varied foods will also help insure
I get all the vitamins and minerals
Finally, Sleep well Every night. Sleep 7 to 9 hours daily makes a good health.

Try to eat healthy food in every meal for 6 days per a week. I have one day for eating unhealthy food too.
Exercise 4-5 days a week.
Sleep 6-8 hours a day.
Keep doing like this no matter what the unhealthy people would keep laughing on my habbits because when I become fatter they will still laugh at me or even when I get sick. It's me myself that take care my own. They rarely have an important roles in my life.

For today, I have been following my plan for losing weight for a month.
I did a schedule for working out and I control my diet.
and now I avoid oil foods, eat more vegetable and reduce sweet foods .
I would like to say that these things can help me to be more healthier.

I have a little time to exercise so I choose to eat more vegetable.
I try to eat good food and try not to eat junk food.
I don't eat a big set of dessert such as: bingsu, honey toast, brownie set or big glass of ice-cream.
Food control can help me keep healthy.

Nowadays I go for running after the class and I eat less of sugar. I think this is the best way for me.

I sometimes exercise by aerobic dancing. I think, eating healthy foods are another way to improve strong healthy.

I love to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, whole grains, a variety of protein foods, and low-fat dairy.
Then, I try to develop a good balance between school, work, and social life.

Personally, I think to get enough sleep is the most important thing to keep healthy because we are students, going to bed early will improve your health and brain.

I try to do so but it does not work with me.
What I do is trying to have breakfast, not going to bed so late, trying to add some vegetable in your dishes.
However, I just do not feel like myself so I stop and do what I want anyway.

Now, I'm trying to be healthy and change some bad habits.
I've been doing zumba dance for 2 months and I always drink 2 liters of water per day.
There're my ways to keep fit and be healthy.

I do it sometimes. The ways that I keep healthy, I have to eat more vegetables and drink a lot of water,, at least 1,500 ml per day.
I sometimes go to the gym and do the exercises about 30 minuets in one week. Get enough sleep in a day is important too.
If I don’t have to do anything in that day, I will go to sleep early.

The classic way would be drink 8 glasses a day and sleep 8-10 hours every day

My New Year's resolution is to stay healthy.
I try to avoid eating shit. ( I'm still eating unhealthy food but at least I give it a try haha)
I try to exercise quite often.
Oh, and don't forget to drink much water.

Being a healthy person doesn’t mean just doing exercise, I think. It’s also about how we eat foods and drink water.
Plus, sleeping is another key for being healthy. In short, get enough sleep; consider thoroughly before take something into body, and do exercise at least 3 days per week. That’s all about how I keep healthy.
