Before every presentation, I always feel nervous.
Then I will take a deep breath and tell myself that I can do it.
And after the presentation, no matter it will be good or bad I will let it go.

Take Deep Breaths.
When we’re nervous, you may even catch yourself holding your breath.
Instead, go ahead and take those deep breaths to get oxygen to your brain and relax your body.

I just try to take a deep breath before doing a presentation and do not take
any nervousness from your friends lol try not to look at them.
Also press on you left ring finger which is only finger that directly
connects to your heart, and that helps! haha

Having a feeling of excitement while giving the presentation is better than being bored in front of the class. To me, I believe that the stage of excitement helps me to be more active and energetic to give a talk for my audiences. Moreover, having 5 minutes meditation before a presentation can help you increase your focus and memory. So that you won't forget your content.

Of course, it is natural! I think we cannot stop nervousness at all but we can prepare ourselves on the presentation so that when the time comes we will do the best even if we are nervous.

I will practice a lot and speak with myself or in front of the mirror.
This way helps me can remember information.
When I feel I am ready, I will feel more confident to deal with nervous.

I need to calm myself down because the more worry I am the more failure I'll get.

I just look around the room and find the comfort zone in order that I will feel better.
