When you feel nervous before your presentation, how do you deal with?

I always feel nervous before my presentation and I'm looking some advices to deal with it. So, could you give me some your technique?

Yes, me too.
I always feel nervous when I have to speak in front of the class.
The thing I always do is pretending to be like I'm not nervous, I'm confident.
And try to think that everyone is my friends, don't be shy, the show must go on.

I take a deep breath and close my eyes. Sometimes I need no be just in a place that has no noise and try to be so quite.

OMG! This question is suitable for me, I'm always nervous when I was standing in the front of classroom.
Sometimes, I did it not well, I thought what happened in that time because I didn't prepare well.
I still don't know how to deal with, sorry. hahaha

I always feel nervous when I have to speak in public.
To reduce the stress, I always take a deep breath and try to be relax.
It's really difficult for me to deal with it.

I always nervous when I have to stand in front of the class.
Exactly, I try to take a deep breath , sing and dance in order to reduce my stressful.

I always feel nervous when I stand in front of a lot of people but the way I deal with is I will close my eyes and then take a deep breath.

You have to practice for long time and this thing makes you confident. I always nervous before presenting in front of the class, and I sometimes listen some music that makes me relax.

Then be confident and believe in yourself.

I just keep telling myself that I can do it!
I believe if I have practiced enough I won't feel nervous.
The only was is just making sure that you practice well enough
before you do a presentation.

I always catch my breath and calm myself down by repeatedly cheering up myself, "I can do this, it's no a big deal." However, practice and preparation are also the main factor. It's totally okay to be nervous because of the lack of well preparation and enough practice. Just stay on your toes is the best way to get rid of nervosity.
