For me, the most difficult thing is to handle stress effectively. Sometimes, I just can't manage it well enough that it overwhelm me. It may seem to friends that I am a cheerful person who seems never be stressful with things around myself. However, it is not. I also think about many thing surrounding me and, sometimes, I overthink too.
Until now, I still cannot find my most suitable way to handle stress. I, kind of, get used to it and live with stress. I can say that every assignment that I've done in my university life is empowered by my stress. Yeah, it seems that stress is a thing that I use as a source of energy encouraging me to get assignments done.
Stress is painful, and yet productive too for me.

- I'm not good at English and I almost hate it.
- I scare to contact or talk to other people, I can't look at their eyes and I almost hate my personality.
- I can't manage all things both study and housework by myself. I use to didn't join a class just to clean my room.
- I don't have any inspiration, but everyone always force me to do everything, I can't do it. I wan't to tell my dad and my mom that " I can't do it any more... please, help me...please let me go..."
- Sometimes I hardly breathe or sleep because of stress, but I don't know how to deal it.
