Where and how did you celebrate the new year?

Since we’re living in the first month of 2018 now I’d like to know where and how did you guys celebrate the mew year?
In new year’s eve, I stayed at home with my family for a whole day. We didn’t go anywhere and when it was almost midnight, we were just watching movies in our living room and see some fireworks out from the windows hahaha It looked like we watched others celebrated actually lol

Celebrating the new year with my family’s the best moment ever.

I celebrated the new year at my hometown with relations and parents.
However, I didn't countdown with my family.
Because They had slept before starting into the new year, I celebrated countdown with my ex.
We did a video call and I saw firework from her mobile phone.

I and my parent visited grandparent and we had dinner together to celebrate the new year.

I celebrated at Lahu hill-tribe village in Chiang Mai with campers and villagers.
We ate grilled pork and lighted firecrackers at midnight and joined New Year festival in the morning.
