I like swimming because it seems like the kind of sport that is unessential to use too much energy.
The sad story about me is that since I have got an serious accident, I cannot do a harder exercise like jump, swing body quickly.
So, I think swimming is suitable for me.

I can say that I don't like any kind of sports.
I rarely go to the gym. But sometimes, I go out for jogging.
I know that it's good for health. So, I play badminton and very soft sports once in a while.
