That issue are effect to my life and I find the way to don't overthink about them but I can't.
It's my mistake to not think deeply for work and there is not good enough then my friend never trust me anymore for doing work.

There are a lot of bad things I have done: playing cards in school, cheating in an exam and getting caught, having an argument with friends and teachers and more.
When I look back, I feel like 'That was so ridiculous. Why did you even do that?'
However, I never regret what I have done at all.
I feel like I have lived my life in the way it is worth it.
