There are two kinds of Isan food that I like the most. Mince and herb salad, especially minced pork is the dish that I take it in the first place. It seems like a simple dish but it maintains the great balance of texture and flavor. And spicy papaya salad is on my second list; it is slightly sweet, salty, tangy.
