For me, It was a papa spicy salad that I bought from street food, The seller took many chilies in my papa salad. Although, I was very spicy, It was still yummy.

Pad Thai with hot spicy sauce. Because I thought Pad Thai that
I got it was not spicy so I put a lot of Sriracha hot spicy sauce in my Pad Thai.
I could not even eat it after that. But food are good when it's spicy.
So I tried to finish that dish with 2 glasses of milk lol.

The southern food is my answer.
My grandmother always adds spicy spices in every menu.
The taste is different from Somtam. It takes a long time to get rid of the spiciness in my mouth.
