How do you think about smoking cigarettes?

In my opinion, I believe that smoking cigarettes is bad and harmful for your life.
Today we consider that smoking cause of bad health.

Almost everyone knows that smoking causes cancer,
emphysema, and heart disease;
that it can shorten your life by 10 years or more.
So you should think about your health and stop smoking.

Because of Nicotine which is the main addictive substance in cigarettes and other forms of tobacco.
Nicotine reaches your brain within 10 seconds of when it enters your body.
It causes the brain to release adrenaline, and that creates a buzz of pleasure and energy.
