What are some things that sound like compliments but are actually insults?

I think when people say 'You actually look good only if you .....'
I think it's an insult.
Why don't they just ignore if they don't really mean to compliment. //eyerolled

I always got confused when someone says "From your appearance, I thought you wouldn't be smart".
Well, I don't know whether I should take it as a compliment or not.
But I don't mind people's words, I just let it go.
Neither compliments nor insults work on me lol

I think it is when people say "You are so strong but your legs are so big"
For me I think no matter the people around you will be different from you, but you have no right to say some kind of rude words to them. Human are different and nobody is perfect.
People are beautiful the way they are. No judgement, please!
